Milpa’s design is a bold fusion of Mexican colonial architecture and coastal Veracruz influences, inspired by Chef Elia Herrera’s heritage. The space is defined by striking ocean-blue arches with embedded LED lighting, guiding guests through a warm, vibrant atmosphere. A palette of rich Azul blue, sandy neutrals, and natural wood balances energy with serenity, while a turquoise-stained concrete bar serves as the focal point. Designed by Bold Workshop, Milpa’s layout flows seamlessly, creating an immersive dining experience that mirrors the vibrancy of its cuisine.
